I was born and raised in San Francisco, California. Having grown up with three sisters and without any brothers I spent a lot of my childhood with my dad. Starting at a very young age, I distinctly remember going in and out of many different apartments, homes and buildings with my dad as he did repairs, remodeling, painting and general restoration in preparation to rent or resell. I even actually got involved with helping him! My dad was always buying, selling and fixing up all kinds of properties. Being involved with all of this impacted me in many ways, and in my teen years I developed a strong desire to want to follow in his footsteps.  

When I was just 19 years old I bought my first home to live in, fix up and resell. It was just the beginning of 40 + years of buying, selling, improving, managing and owning numerous residential, commercial, multi-residential, vacant land and business opportunities. Due to my deep passion for Real Estate, I have developed a tremendous wealth of knowledge, experience and information about the Real Estate business. Most importantly is that; “I truly love what I do!”
